Stampiton Labels Ltd MBO
Directors purchased Stampiton Ltd from American parent. With effect from 23rd December 2003 the three directors of Stampiton Ltd, lead by M.D. David Smith, completed the MBO from Renaissance Mark.

Commentary of the acquisition David Smith said ''this purchase will allow us to make focused investments in our business without the capital restraints associated with the much larger premium parent company.''

Stampiton Labels Ltd invests in new printing equipment:
Stampiton has recently invested in the purchase of a multi-colour flexo press for the Whaley Bridge operation. Total expenditure will be close to £1 Million and the press is expected to be fully operational mid way through 2004.
